About Me
My name is Leah McCormick
I am the founder & face of Built On Bread Fitness; a Certified Fitness Coach, Certified Stretch Therapist & Recreational Roller Derby Coach. I began my own personal fitness journey in my early twenties as a way to assist self-healing, cope with a shifting lifestyle & adapt my mindset.
As I continued to learn & grow in this active lifestyle, I began to see that many women faced similar challenges due to an industry that is predominantly centered on the man's body. This led me to developing myself in an area that means a lot to me - supporting other women with self-discovery & self-prioritization; helping them get strong, build muscle, develop confidence, increase flexibility & mobility while becoming more comfortable in the gym atmosphere.
