Weekly Group Fitness

Get together with us once a week for a training session in a group setting! Each session is planned, monitored & assisted by the coach while allowing individuals the autonomy to move through the exercises at their own pace.

Barre & Core Blend

Looking for a new way to sweat? Want to switch up your leg day & core day?
Come try out a fusion class & get ready to feel the burn.
Class will start with a solid warm up, followed by full focus on hitting every muscle in the legs & finishing with core.
