4 Training Sessions

4 Training Sessions lasting 1 hour per session to help get you started.
Each session is planned, monitored & assisted by the coach so that you can get the setup & form correct, any adjustments made and translate it into a weekly program.

30 Day Reset

30 Day Accountability Challenge to reset your routine. The reset package includes 12 Workout Plans, 5 Stretching Plans, Coach Support & Check In, High Protein Recipes & a Daily Tracking Sheet

12 Week Program

Workouts tailored & customized to your goals, needs & abilities. Each week focuses on progression so that you are always moving forward, even in small ways.
Program includes one-on-one coach support, accountability & check ins. 

Weekly Group Training

Weekly training sessions in a group setting. Each session is planned, monitored & assisted by the coach but individuals move through the exercises with their own autonomy. Followed by a post workout tea, check in & weekly discussion.

Skater Training

Off Skates Cross-Training specific to stronger strides, increased power, improved stability & balance while enhancing your endurance.
Applicable for any skating sports such as; roller derby, hockey, figure skating & more.

Stretch Therapy

Hands on, assisted stretching by a Certified Stretch Therapist, targeting specific muscle groups.
Helps increase mobility & flexibility for enhanced performance in daily life, sports & lifting. 

Face & Scalp Massage Duo

Take a rest day with gentle pressure & soothing movements to stimulate the muscles of the face & scalp. Restores calm to help you release tension, improve circulation and relax your mind.

Compression Therapy

Dynamic air compression on 7 different levels to advance your wellness & help you recover faster. Compression therapy helps to increase circulation, revive muscles, reduce swelling & improve lymphatic drainage.
